1. Operator
This policy applies to purchases made on SPOCN, operated by CodeUjjwal Technologies.
2. No refunds on digital talk time
All purchases of conversation minutes, wallet top-ups, and digital services on SPOCN are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required under applicable Indian law.
Specifically, we do not offer refunds for:
- Wallet top-ups and recharge packs (10 min, 30 min, 60 min, custom, or any similar pack)
- Conversation minutes once credited to your account — whether used or unused
- Promotional or discounted purchases
- Dissatisfaction with AI companion personality, voice, or responses
- Accidental purchases after payment has been successfully completed
- Account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms
3. Failed or duplicate charges
If your bank account or payment method was charged but talk time was not credited due to a verified technical failure on our side, contact support within 7 days with your registered email and payment reference. We will either credit the purchased minutes or work with our payment partner to reverse an erroneous duplicate charge — this is not a general refund policy and is assessed case-by-case.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment partners and authorities as permitted by law.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in India that cannot be waived by contract.
